When two of the top players in their respective fields collaborate the result is always something special and often breathtaking. The year gone by had seen some interesting and unusual collaborations in the field of luxury and the resultant special edition creations were highly appreciated by the discerning consumers who are always on the lookout for something exclusive that is above and beyond what is available in the market.
The latest collaboration in the top luxury segment is between the Canadian luxury mobile phone maker Mobiado and the British luxury car brand Aston Martin. Mobiado, founded in 2004 has a lot of firsts to its credit. Their Stealth series was the first CNC machined phone to be created from aircraft aluminum. Professional EM was the first exotic wood phone to be produced. Luminoso was the first phone to use sapphire crystal buttons. 105ZAF was the first phone to have its entire front and back created from sapphire crystal. 105 GMT was the first mechanical phone. They have created phones in rose gold and their watch phone had taken the concept forward.
It would be interesting to see the result of the collaboration between Mobiado and Aston Martin. They are confident that the results will be spectacular and ensure a long and prosperous working relationship. The luxury mobile handsets collection from the collaboration will become available through a range of premium outlets in May 2011. It is a win-win situation for both the partners and the consumers as well who can look forward to an outstanding mobile handset.
