Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Set to Expand into Retail Come December

Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas announced recently a lineup of stores and boutiques for high end retail brands. The list released on Wednesday includes nine luxury brands which are all new to the Las Vegas market. The shops and boutiques will be avant-garde and eclectic. Some of the brands represented are All Saints, DNA 2050, Droog, Retrospecs & Co., and Skins 62 cosmetics. Cosmopolitan is confident that the unique merchandising would be unlike anything that has come here earlier and the experience will give a sense of discovery to the guest.

Spread over an area of 36,000 square feet the retail area at Cosmopolitan is more of a small collection of stores than a mall. Visitors will be able to access the shops from the pedestrian walkway that connects Planet Hollywood and City Center. It is located at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue making the approach very convenient.

They released their first advertisement on TV on Sunday night with the slogan, “Just the right amount of wrong.”A soft opening for the retail area is planned for December 15 but the grand gala opening celebration will take place on the New Year eve week end. The resort-casino is set to extend into retail.
