A Whiskey Case Cum Portable Bar Is LV’s Latest Offering

Louis Vuitton is all over fashion news these days what with all the rave reviews its Spring Summer 2010 Collection is drawing. And the ones working at the fashion house are not just sitting on their laurels. We know that labels like these have now started to dabble into other luxury goods and the likes of Armani have even ventured into the hotel industry. And keeping that trend alive, LV now gives us an updated version of the ultra luxe classic Whisky Case portable bar.

This one was first offered by the brand in 1955 and now you can get it in its new avatar for about $35,000. The unit comes wrapped in gorgeous Taiga leather but if your desire you can even get the iconic monogram canvas as well. Being a new incarnation, it has kept all your single malt needs into consideration.

The Whiskey Case has been made entirely by hand at Vuitton’s atelier in France complete with all the hardware fittings. There is a silver ice bucket and tongs, silver cocktail sticks in a pull out drawer, four whiskeytumblers, a crystal decanter with a silver lid and two crystal dishes accompanying the portable bar.
