Now a British airline Virgin Atlantic Airways has announces special services for the day on their long haul flights from the UK to the US and the Caribbean. This is part of their celebrations for the Royal Wedding scheduled for April 29 at the Westminster Abbey. Unfortunately these services will not be available on their Space travel programs.
If you have to travel on that day, you need not feel sorry that you would miss out on the festivities during the wedding. It is still possible to celebrate the wedding if you chose the Virgin Atlantic as your preferred airline on that day. They will be hosting on-board street parties for their passengers flying from UK to USA and the Caribbean. Economy and premium economy passenger will be served traditional English tea and wedding cake. Special Kate and William themed love hearts have been made for the occasion and it will be served with the ice cream to the passengers.
The airline is making all efforts to make it a memorable as well as fun flight for all. The cabins will have special decoration befitting the occasion. The crew will dress up to keep up with the festivities. Simon Soni, the head of in-flight services at the Virgin Atlantic is responsible for the perfect implementation of these programs. The Upper Class passengers will be invited to join in on the fun as well. This is one flight which will be historic as well as a memorable event for the passengers and crew members.
