The 30,000 sqft Oceanic House grade II listed building was designed by architect Henry Tanner as a headquarters for the White Star Line in 1903. The building that houses the company behind the Ill-fated titanic has also been home to the Ministry of Defense, Barclays Bank, and the Texas Embassy, a popular restaurant and promotional center for the state. Soon, it would be home to those who can afford to pay £5million, the cost of a two-bedroom luxury apartment. The two-bedroom apartment is the cheapest according to the developer as the plushier options are retailed close to $100 million.
