The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya luxury condominium project in Israel is being handled by architect Rani Ziss. The interior design of the new elegant seaside retreat is being created by Studio Gaia, the New York based firm of great repute. The interior design details have just been unveiled.  Studio Gaia has incorporated the colour palette of warm golden sands, blue sky and coastal waters of the Mediterranean.
The 12 storey property is located north of Tel Aviv. The first six floors will feature the Ritz Carlton Hotel while the top six floors will be devoted to The Residences. The luxury mixed-use property, which is scheduled to open in 2012, will consist of 110 hotel rooms and 85 residences and represents an investment of over $160 million. The vacation residences are inspired by the luxury marina lifestyle, with terraces offering sweeping views of the Mediterranean.
The design has been focused on the sea view. In fact the designers have emphasised the fact by framing the scenery. Local natural materials and artwork by acclaimed Israeli artists have been used to enhance the beauty of the seashore location. Studio Gaia has kept the lines of the interior spaces very clean and modern for the contemporary look.
