The all new iPad 2 Gold History Edition carries not only the technology of the 21st century, but also stunning remnants of a time long lost. The front frame of this Gold edition iPad 2 has been designed using the world’s oldest rock called, Ammolite, which was especially acquired from Canada and dates back to an astounding 75 million years.
Creating a perfect blend of prehistoric times and modern day tech, the iPad 2 Gold History Edition features 53 individually set sparkling gems that adorn the Apple logo, which in turn has been crafted from 2,000 grams of 24ct solid gold. However, the main attraction of this gold plated iPad 2 is the bone shavings of a 65 million year old T-REX Dinosaur, which have been mixed with Ammolite. To make the iPad 2 Gold History Edition all the more enticing, Mr. Hughes finished the revamping process with a gorgeous single cut 8.5ct flawless diamond encased in Platinum. Overall, this magnificent creation took about 750 grams of Ammolite stone, 57 grams of T-REX bone and 16.5 ct diamonds.
