The Ranch at Rock Creek is the Ultimate Glamping Destination

Imagine living in one of the most picturesque places on the planet, in a house that looks like a picture out of glossy home decor magazine, eating scrumptious food and having a whole lot of fun doing things like, fishing, hiking and what not. The Ranch at Rock Creek, Montana is all that you just imagined and much more. This place is so magical that many couples including Kate Bosworth and hubby, Michael Polish decided to get hitched here. And I completely agree with their choice.

It indeed is a piece of the old West but mixed with amenities that would put a world class hotel to shame. A far cry from your regular luxury hotels, this place is spread over 10 sq. miles, laced with hills, meadows and creeks. It’s like a painting that has come alive. Taking a journey through this ranch transports you to the 1800s when this place was converted from a silver mining claim to a cattle ranch. But you come back the moment you enter the rustic cabins that dot the pristine wilderness of this ranch. These cabins provide a range that caters to everyone, be it a family or a honeymoon couple. If you are with your family you can stay at the Eagles Perch that can accommodate 6 occupants and has a lovely herb garden right at the front. For the Lovebirds, it is the Bluebird, which is meant for two people and would be ideal for a romantic getaway. The Loft is and old barn that has been renovated and is meant for a big gathering, while the Trapper Cabin is this secluded cabin at the bank of rock creek and is just the place for you if you like privacy.

This place is known for destination weddings. For someone who likes the outdoors, this would be a dream destination for getting married. The clear blue sky, the endless mountains, the soft sun, I can just picture myself in this divine place and wish for time to stop.

But admiring God’s creation isn’t the only thing that you get to do here. You can immerse yourself in so many ‘glamping’ activities like horseback riding to bring out your inner cowboy. And dont worry, their skilled wranglers will make sure that even a novice learns how to ride properly. Shooting, paintball are activities for the trigger happy people. Another amazing feature here is the fly fishing. This place is famous for it considering it has a 4 mile private river frontage and one of the highest fish counts in the state. But if you want to laze around, you can do that in the stylish saloon or venture into the Granite Spa to pamper yourself.

I also have to mention the food here. Oh my god! The fresh mouthwatering treats are so incredible, it will make you cry. The food is mostly regionally inspired. The Blue Canteen is in the open and you can sip coffee in the morning, overlooking the estate. Life doesn’t get better than this. That you can be sure of at The Ranch.
