Green Bay Packers are scheduled to play the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV in Texas.  The people who shell out thousands for a luxury box in Arlington at the Cowboy Stadium will not miss out on the food in the excitement of the game. Legends Hospitality Management will ensure that as they are in charge of feeding the affluent guests and sports enthusiasts occupying the Arlington suite.
The official caterers have confirmed that the theme of the menu is “comfort foodâ€.  The idea is to make the guests comfortable through the food so that they can fully enjoy the game. The menu is long and will be served in three shifts along with an unlimited supply of beer, wine and soda. The service will start with homemade spiced kettle chips with French onion dip, jalapeno white cheddar and Texas pecan kettle popcorn, winter fruit, beef tenderloin, fruits and nuts, southern chicken salad, and mini Kaiser rolls.
The menu is really long and random listing might upset your appetite. Still one must mention organic greens, hearts of palm with black pepper croutons, a truffle macaroni and cheese bar, apple smoked bacon, bourbon ham and more. At half time, the occupants will be served warm Texas peach cobbler with mascarpone whipped cream. For dessert, there will be mini moon pies, Texas blueberry pies, apple empanadas and blueberry caramels. Now you know why it is being touted as the most expensive menu in Texas.
