Jennifer Aniston seems to be getting very serious about real estate these days. She has been adding a string of luxury homes in her kitty in the last couple of months. The trend started after the FRIENDS star sold off her $38 million property in Los Angeles. Since then she has been focussing on New York City, first buying two apartments on the 7th and 18th floors of a posh building in Manhattan that cost her more than $7 million. She then moved on to the West Village area of the city to purchase a $2.1 million worth two-bedroom luxurious penthouse. But Jennifer Aniston continues her quest for more and more real estate.
She and her latest boyfriend Justin Theroux have recently invested in another property in the Big Apple, this time in the Gramercy Park area. It is a three bedroom, three bathroom luxury penthouse suite that overlooks the park from its master bedroom. It is a lovely home with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and also boasts of a pool, a hidden garden and a family room that has been converted into one from a garage!
The total area of the apartment is 2,873 square feet and the monthly service charge adds upto a whopping $11,000! But then there are numerous services offered in return such as housekeeping, butler service and membership to the luxury David Barton gym. Rumour has it that the property also has two nurseries.
