Jean Paul Gaultier Teams up with Piper-Heidsieck to Design Halloween Inspired Bottles

An exciting collaboration was announced which seems very appropriate for the festive season. Piper-Heidsieck, the renowned and exclusive French champagne brand has teamed up with French fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier. The result has been the creation of two new bottles in their vast portfolio of fizzy offerings. Both the new creations have been inspired by Halloween and are called Black Cancan Millésime 2000 and the Piper-Heidsieck French Cancan. The packaging is perfect to be taken as a gift to a Halloween party. Gaultier is a big name in the fashion industry and his design for the bottles does justice to his stature. we are not sure if it would turnout to be the most expensive champagne.

The Cancan bottle has been finished in Piper-Heidsieck’s iconic glossy red and black colors. The typical Gaultier touch can be seen in the fishnet stockings that have been used to wrap the bottle in. The luxurious feel doesn’t end there as it has been sealed with latex and a red eye mask. The other bottle is a special Gaultier creation and even carries his stamp. The Black Cancan Millésime 2000 boasts of embellishment and adornments with Swarovski crystals. The fish net stocking is embellished with crystals and apart from that you have a studded collar of diamond cut crystals and a JPG seal.

The special bottle comes in a special case which is also designed to have a sleek look and is finished in crimson color. The total impact is quite stunning. The case also contains something else created by Gaultier. Apart from the bottle the case carries two gothic Schott Zwiesel flutes with gold harness rings. The Halloween inspired bottles and the special packages have been created for exclusive distribution and will be made available selectively. The distribution will be done through some of the very fine retailers. The new creations will also be available on wine.com or at Park Avenue Liquor in New York City and Wally’s Wine and Spirits in Los Angeles.
