On the occasion of the worldwide day of ‘Love’, one of the foremost luxury hotels brand, Starwood Hotels and Resorts is gearing up for the opening of its maiden luxury hospitality property in the city of love, Paris. The Starwood W Hotel is slated for a grand opening on February 14th, 2012 and will be in the elite list of some of the most renowned hotel properties in the city including Shangri-La, Paris, Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris and e Mandarin Oriental, Paris. The all new luxury hotel from Starwood is located in the historically significant Haussmann-era building, dating back to the 19th century. The location of the hotel has been especially deemed unique as the W Hotel will be in close proximity to the  Opéra Garnier, which is the oldest opera house in Paris. The W Hotel is said to be a perfect amalgamation of vintage architecture, combined with the most modern amenities and décor. On the inside, this fabulous new luxury hotel boasts of ornamented columns, high ceilings as well as stunning marble staircases. The guestrooms at this fine luxury hospitality establishment are adorned numerous pieces of local artwork, gorgeous chandeliers and moldings that highlight the aura of Paris.
The guest rooms have been provided with W signature beds, luxurious bath products, along with a slew of state of the electronic amenities including flat-screen TVs and iPod docking stations. However, the most alluring element of the Starwood W Hotel will be its Spanish oriented restaurant called, Arola. This upscale dining point is the brainchild of renowned  Spanish chef Sergi Arola and will be the very first offering in France from the world renowned chef. On the same lines of Starwood luxury hotels, the luxury brand is even well on its way of giving a grand reopening to  Le Prince de Galles this fall. Currently undergoing a massive refurbishing process, this completely revamped hotel will be under the Luxury Collection banner and will come with the addition of a Presidential Suite on the ninth floor of the building. The Luxury Collection is being worked upon by famed international designer, Pierre-Yves Rochon and the luxury hotel is located at the prestigious Avenue George V.
