Ginza Tanaka Creates an Extravagant Toilet Covered with 72,000 Swarovski Crystals

Ginza Tanaka likes making expensive things. First it was the world’s most expensive Christmas tree and then a series of gilded toys. Now the focus has been a very unusual object. Ginza Tanaka has chosen the toilet seat and given it a full Swarovski treatment. The super rich are known to indulge in high end toiletries but having a blinged toilet is stretching the luxury a bit far. The luxury toilet has been covered with a total of 72,000 Swarovski crystals. It is rather extravagant and would surely be in the race to be declared the world’s most expensive.

Swarovski crystals seem to be the preferred stone of the designers whenever they want to add a touch of glamour and luxury to any and every product. Who would have ever thought that you could have an embellished toilet but you can now actually buy a Swarovski studded toilet. Some people might scoff at the idea but I am sure there would be many who would already be preparing to order it and make their toilet the talking point among their friends.

The Swarovski studded toilet by Ginza Tanaka took a month to make as 72,000 crystals were individually set on the toilet. It has been priced at ¥10 million which is equivalent to $128,390. This is the perfect item to dazzle your washroom this Christmas. Swarovski crystals have covered many things but this is perhaps the first time that it has covered a toilet. If you decide to install it in your house it is sure to become the highlight of your house.
