Hilton Arc de Triomphe Creates the Bubble Bar in Paris with Taittinger Champagne

Hilton Arc de Triomphe has been amongst the most luxurious hotels in Paris. In order to keep ahead of competition and new luxury properties coming up in the city, they keep offering newer amenities and experiences for their guests so that they can retain their loyalty over a longer period of time. To create an entirely new and exciting and truly unique experience the hotel is now partnering with Taittinger Champagne. This partnership has a lot of potential and justifying that they have created the Bubble in Paris bar in what looks like a life size snow globe.

Jean-Hugues de Chatillon, is the brain behind the concept. The whole idea of a bubble and a translucent bar has been conceived by the renowned artist. While explaining the concept he admitted that it was the mythical realm of Narnia that inspired him to create this bubble bar. The experience has been like bottling a miniature winter wonderland. It was a great experience for the artist to convert elements of the mythical story to reality. The resultant bubble bar is sure to provide a very unusual experience to the guests.

The bubble bar is basically a 16 foot tall dome erected in the hotel premises. Right at the centre of the dome is the all white circular bar. The lounge in the bubble is large enough to accommodate 35 guests at a time. The concept is attractive for the guests and will remain open till the New Year’s Eve to ring in the year 2012. Guests who order the signature special for €25 can sip a glass of Taittinger Champagne and choose their side of fresh sea or land bubble.
