The online retail has become the preferred medium of purchase for many of us and now the online auction is taking up share of the auction market as its size gets bigger and is attracting more bidders. Another online auction is coming up on June 8 and 9 that will feature an array of luxury watches that will be provided by authorized watch dealers. Rolex, Panerai, Bell & Ross, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Breitling and more will be on the block. The watches could be pre owned or new but will come from dealers who are all members of the International Watch and Jewelry Guild who will authenticate every piece as original.
There will be a huge range of watches available at the auction. There are watches like a Maurice Lacroix Pontos Day Date for which the estimate is as low as $700 to $900. There are more watches in the higher range like a Patek Phillipe Golden Ellipse Men’s Automatic watch which is ectimated to fetch between $17,000 and $20,000. Another Patek Philippe 5712R Rose Gold Nautilus Watch with an original box and papers could sell for $35,500 to $39,000. There are several Panerai for Purdey hand-engraved watches in the collection available for auction.
There are some classic ladies watches also available in the estimated range of $12,000 to $16,000. There would be no physical preview possible for this sale but photographs of all the watches are available on line. The auction will last for full 24 hours as it will start at 12.30pm Eastern Time on June 8 and end at the same time on June 9. The buyer’s premium would be 5% and a credit card deposit of $1,000 is necessary to qualify you as a bidder. You may visit cwsmarketing.com/watch.cfm for further details.
