Now Mauro Lecchi and exotic auto tuner Fenice Milano have listed a luxury creation of theirs for sale. It is the Diamond 44 super yacht that was admired for its speed, space and design. The design duo is offering the yacht for sale through the global online luxury marketplace JamesList for $1.4 million.
The Diamond 44 is a sleek craft and was actually built by the T.I.C. Italian Style Shipyard. The materials used to make the yacht has been inspired or borrowed from the aerospace industry to keep the craft light without compromising on its strength or durability. They have used an innovative high tech mix of materials. RINA certified wood has been used along with carbon fiber, Kevlar, fiberglass, epoxy resin and other materials. In any case, the net result has been remarkable.
The Yacht’s interior has opted for an open plan scheme and that is one of the reasons why you feel that it is a much larger yacht than its actual size. The furnishings are flexible and can be adapted and adjusted as per the occasion. Fenice Milano uses his auto expertise and has applied the same techniques to outfit the sleek vessel. The yacht is fitted with twin Volvo Penta IPS engines that are rated at 870 hp each. Because of the light weight of the craft it is able to cruise at 37 knots and achieve a top speed of 41 knots.
