Shlomy Alexander and Felix Cohen are not professional developers. It is evident from the fact that the duo developed the most expensive home in South Florida during a raging recession. Miami is getting the next tallest building and this one could be the most expensive. The home they have developed is some sort of mini resort. The asking price for the soon to be completed home is $60 million. The designer pair were talking to the NBC Miami about the project, this week end and highlighting its features to justify the huge price.
The address of the expensive home is 3, Indian Creek Drive. The home has a total of 30,000 square feet of living space. It really gives you a feeling of space. There are 10 bedrooms in the house and 10 baths and four half baths. There are five kitchens, all strategically located to serve different areas of the large house. The garage can accommodate seven limousines. The house has a 100 feet pool and a rooftop lawn. There is a chromotherapy spa as well. Though it was not explained how it is different from a regular spa.
The listing of the premium property is being handled by The Jills. The inspection of the property is open to individuals who have a net worth of $500 million or more. Cohen, while talking to NBC Miami explained his reasons for building such a large and expensive project. He said that he is in the fashion business and likes things that are beautiful. According to him fashion, decoration and architecture all boil down to the same thing – beauty. We will keep you posted when the house actually gets sold.
