The PJ World Yacht Is A Luxury Home On The Sea

The ultimate superyacht is currently under construction in Norway. Named the PJ World Yacht, this magnificent watercraft is a collaboration between Rolls-Royce and luxury yacht makers Palmer Johnson. Once ready, this ice class superyacht will be 82 meters long and will cost $150 million. Russel Morris, Director at Palmer Johnson, described it as “a moving house”. But the PJ World Yacht is so much cooler than that.

The superyacht has an internal docking station for a six-seater submarine. A futuristic door opens into the water, allowing guests to set off on their submarine adventure. Another highlight of the PJ World Yacht is the helicopter hangar, which features a re-fuelling system and provides protection for your helicopter throughout the cruise journey. Your helicopter actually travels with you – a feature that is significant given that the PJ World Yacht is designed to travel all across the globe.

But whether you travel to Europe or Asia, the possibility of encountering pirates is a very real one. However, the makers of this seafaring superyacht are ensuring that this 82-meter ship is strong on security. The superyacht is being fitted with water cannons and thermal imagery systems to ward off pirate attacks. The PJ World Yacht is intended to be something of a luxury mansion on water. So the luxury yacht will feature office areas, a classroom for the kids, a beauty salon, a fitness center, a cinema, a piano salon and a private pool. The owner’s apartment is spread over three decks. The fourth deck is set aside for guests.

Moreover, PJ World Yacht is a green superyacht that produces low emissions. Its dynamic positioning system also ensures that the yacht will not dock in environmentally sensitive areas. The yacht is expected to be ready in one-and-a-half years.
