New GPS Watch From Kogan Is For Sturdy Wrists Only

The folks at Kogan sure have their hands full with one technological development after another. Last week they gave us their first netbook which was a close follow-up to the Android smartphones. And now, they have set their sights on your wrists. The Kogan GPS Watch is a heavy duty timepiece that should be sold with a forewarning: for strong wrists only!

Well, the makers sure are touting it as ‘the most feature packed watch on the market’ today. It comes packed with a wonderful combination of Bluetooth, GPS, pedometer and an altimeter timepiece among other features. That means you can record your exercise regime and even plot your route in Google Earth with this watch. In the same breath, you can also lock the position of your car so that you do not misplace it.

We are certain that you will enjoy functionalities like the temperature sensor and speedometer. Of course, there is an alarm, stopwatch and timer too. The GPS watch can also be paired with a laptop and a smartphone. Kogan is not revealing the weight of this one but we do know it comes at a price of $85. Pretty reasonable, huh?

This is a great idea for riding the bike around… $85 is a reasonable price, and although the watch doesn’t look like it has much functionality paring it up later on would be kinda cool…
