Luxury Apartment Costs Between $9.5 Million and $24 Million
Hamilton Scotts has 54 apartments and two penthouses. Each apartment has two en-suite sky garages and both the penthouses have four. All the apartments boast of plenty of outdoor space and magnificent city views and that’s why the living rooms feature floor to ceiling windows. The apartments have very large and modern master bathrooms. The other amenities at Hamilton Scotts include a 45-foot lap pool, play pool and Jacuzzi. The high rise apartment building is located on high end Orchard Road. All this luxury doesn’t come cheap. The prices vary according to the size and the floor of the apartment. Prices start at $9.5 million and go up to $24 million.
