Hawaii’s Kaloa at Kauai is witnessing the development of a new luxury property in over two decades. The exclusive $100 million real estate community is scheduled to have a grand opening this week. The new development is located right above the Kukui’ula Bay on the South Shore of Kauai near Poipu Beach. The project is at par with the best resorts around the world and boasts of amenities that discerning travelers have come to expect from popular destinations. Kukui’ula has great potential to become one of the most coveted destinations.
The amenities on the island were prepared and completed much before the residences on the complex were built as the level of commitment to the project is very high. More residences are scheduled to come up on the project.
