Fujitsu was excited and proud to announce the development of its F-022 mobile phone exclusively for the Chinese market. The announcement was made simultaneously in Shanghai and Tokyo. The exciting new phone with radically new and bold features has been a result of collaboration with jewelry, watches and accessories brand Folli Follie. They have brought in the design elements of jewelry to the new phone. The phone is technically ahead of many others as it is capable of simplified Chinese character display and input.
Folli Follie is an immensely popular brand in Japan and has a strong presence in China as well with over 100 operational stores. The jeweled front casing of the phone is adorned with two-karat cubic zirconia. The jewel block highlights the motif design. The totally unique and new feature of this phone is the fragrance chip which is detachable and is located on the reverse side of the phone. The user can get to smell their favorite perfume by spraying it on the fragrance chip. The other highlight of the phone is the high performance 8.1 mega pixel camera which is as good as any digital camera but it also has an additional feature of ‘beautiful skin’ mode which enhances the beauty of skin tones in the photographs.
There is a ‘pupil tracking’ mode also that highlights large, natural looking eyes. Folli Follie has brought in their expertise of watch making and incorporated the water resistant and dust resistant technology into the new phone. The phone will use circuits made available by China based carriers China Mobile and China Unicom. The phone with its exciting features and stunning design is targeted at 20 to 40 year old women who are very conscious about fashion and use the mobile phone extensively.
