DreamSilde is this interesting little bike that apparently has no seat! One would think that such a bike would really be what one would buy. But it seems to be pretty convenient. Â The man behind this design is French designer Jean Marc Gobillard. This bike as is obvious has been designed for those who like to stand while riding their bikes. You might think what is the big deal about it, just remove the seat and viola you have this very same bike.
But there are mechanics and physics and stuff involved.  The special system adopted in the case of this bike that enables it to function as it does without a seat is known as an “Adaptive Pedalling Systemâ€. This system has been designed by the French designer himself. It basically allows the rider to pedal in a manner similar to jogging. But thats not all. It also optimises the pedalling efficiency zone, which then leads to greater acceleration.
All this allows this new bike to overcome the dead centre effects generated by conventional pedalling system.  Plus this bike is easily foldable, making it very convenient.
