From 22 April, India’s biggest luxury shopping festival is set to begin, offering a taste of everything luxurious, from food and wines to fashion. A launch party for the DLF Emporio Luxury Shopping Festival has already been held at the luxury mall. Top-end designers like Tarun Tahiliani, Suneet Verma and Neeru Kumar were among the guests at this high-fashion event.
The 2011 edition of this summer shopping festival will be the third annual luxury shopping fest at the Delhi-based luxury mall. Set to carry on over six indulgent weeks, the festival will highlight six different themes. From 22-24 April, you will see the best of food and wine. 25 April to 1 May is the Indian Fashion week. 2-8 May will concentrate on International Fashion. 9-16 May will be dedicated to shoes and accessories. 17-24 May will be all about jewelry and watches. 25-31 May will be the Grand Finale week.
In case that does not sound exciting enough, there is more. Shoppers who manage to rake up bills of over Rs. 20,000 will stand the chance to win a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or fly away on a 4 day / 5 night international holiday.
