The diamond-studded top that invited all eyeballs in February during Milan Fashion Week is all set to go for an auction block scheduled in Dubai in mid December. Designed by fashion designer Gianfranco Ferré together with Diamond Company and DTC sightholder Dalumi, the top demands a deserving sum of $1.4 million.
The top was a part of Ferré’s 2007/2008 fall/winter collection and was flaunted by British rock singer Skin. The top is festooned with around 900 diamonds weighing more than 300-carats in horizontal rows. The diamonds are of G color and VS presenting higher clarity and come fixed in white-gold studs. Well, I agree that its price is a bit too much but once you carry this diamond top it would definitely do away your all doubts. I wish this comes as another charity auction.
