DeWitt’s First New Boutique In Hong Kong

DeWitt, which is one of the most renowned watchmakers in the world has launched its first grand boutique in the Elements shopping mall, in Kowloon, Hong Kong.  DeWitt is amongst the few remaining watchmakers who maintain the art of Guilloche on historical and iconic 18th, 19th and 20th century rose-engine machines. Coincidentally, there are two historic exhibits named “tour” at the new boutique in Hong Kong, and they were used to drill small holes and prepare the axes as well.

DeWitt has also come up with a unique “white dial” edition of the Twenty-8-Eight Automatic especially for the newly launched boutique in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This new edition watch Twenty-8-Eight Automatic honors the 28 Floreal, which is the day when the Senate of France announced Napoleon Bonaparte to be the Emperor of the French people.

The watch itself has an innovative and unique design that shows the intricacies of watch as part of the dial at the center, which makes it very impressive. DeWitt’s new boutique in Hong Kong, features precious stones, precious woods and the red carpet, which are designs inspired by the De Witt museum in Satigny, Geneve.
