The contemporary kitchens now continue its progression into a natural arena of people’s living geography. Realizing this fast-growing trend, designboom organized a contest entitled “Kitchen is the heart of the home”, which invited countless designers from different corners of the world. If numbers make a difference to you then here you go: Exciting concepts from around 2980 designers belonging to 102 different countries were witnessed. And the winning entry called “Round cupboard assembling that can be rotated and lifted” is a design created by threesome called from China viz. Cheng He, Liu Quang Kui and Zhou Dong. Seemingly futuristic, their offering is truly a realistic kitchen concept.
Every single component is positioned to allow an easy access for objects to reach the user rather than vice versa. This compact design would not only save time and space but ensures an increased productivity.
It features cupboard that adopts double-deck rotator structure, thereby rotating 180° across three major work center of washing, mixing and cooking. Its flume has two kinds of outlets and the integrative structure features a functional table-board, flume and kitchen, cupboards distribute icebox, disinfector and oven.
