Featured above is a sweet castle Ruby monument made up of sugar and is encrusted with 133 ornamental pieces including 92-carat rubies and platinum chains. The castle is exhibited at Tokyo’s Takashimaya department store across Japan and would stay there till for the endorsement of seasonal gifts during festive season.
