Denver is in a mood to set a new dimension to the perception of the luxury residence. Featured above is an edifice of the 1111 Tower that is only an inch away to collide with the skyline. The root of this revolutionary tower would reside 600 feet high (approx) and is making a move to be honored as the unique residential building in downtown Denver.
The structure of the building will offer luxury hotel accommodation in around 240 rooms along with 102 private dwellings varying from 1,000 square feet to 6,100 square feet. From below, the first 16 floors of the estate would be governed by the new Four Seasons Hotel Denver giving space to much-needed amenities viz. restaurant, spa, lobby lounge, fitness center, bar, meeting cabin and a rooftop pool with a vast dining compound.
The private residences will start from the 18th floor to the 45th floor enjoying the scenic beauty. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2010.
