The Palazzo Versace Dubai, which is being made by Emirates Sunland Group is reportedly 80 percent complete. This AED 2.3billion project is one of the most highly anticipated five-star hotels and high-end residences to come up in UAE. The hotel is easily recognisable at the famous Dubai creek. Currently the mosaic tiles are being put in place, and also is the concrete cladding. Different levels have different works being done. On some floors the walls and ceiling are being given the finishing touches, whereas on some levels, the moulding installation is being put in place.
This 4.3 hectare property will have 169 private residences and 213 super-luxury hotel suites. All the furniture quite unsurprisingly will be designed by Versace. This place will include a fine dining restaurant called Vanitas, a health spa, a gym, a ballroom, meeting and convention facilities, a Versace boutique, and many other leisure facilities.
Emirates Sunland Group’s Managing Director Soheil Abediana said: “At 81% complete Palazzo Versace Dubai is taking shape and its stature can easily be seen by passing traffic on the Business Bay Bridge. The progression of Dubai’s new highly anticipated landmark from week to week has continued its construction during a very difficult economic time, and to see the external structure now almost complete, and the level of detail now being undertaken for the interiors, is most encouraging.â€Well I am sure this will soon become one of the hotspots for the rich and the famous as soon as it opens.
