Fat Joe by the real name of Joseph Cartagena has his new home sweet home in Plantation Florida priced at $1,999,000 which includes 5,342 square feet with 4 bedrooms and a 3.5 bathrooms.
The rapper has listed the four-bedroom home he built in Florida’s Broward County which in 2000 he paid $115,000 for an acre of land. After almost 10 years now his Mediterranean modern mansion constructed and which apparently wasn’t finished until last year. The style is modern sumptuousness, impartial in tone but avoiding some of the faux Tuscan details which is often seen in Florida luxury residence.
Fat Joe’s charming domicile includes a double-height entry way with a pretty large wall of shimmering tile and a chandelier which decorates the hall. It includes a formal dining room, with large spacious kitchen, with a home theater and a master suite. The master suite includes three dressing areas with walk-in closets.
A large rectangular swimming pool and a circular spa is included in the backyard, both of which did up with mosaic tiles and surrounded by a generous stone terrace. The crib is amazingly beautiful and well intended which Mister Fat Joe must have done a pretty good venture with this new luxurious home in Plantation Florida which tends to say all is well that ends well.
