The meanest machines that everyone lusts after aren’t actually designed to be driven on the same roads as the next soap-box car. Not that they can’t be driven on your usual asphalt roads, just that they shouldn’t be. No, automobiles like the KTM X-Bow were meant to be stared at, hungered after and kept locked away in a glass case in a museum.
The KTM X-Bow which was made by the Austrian motorcycle company KTM has a 237hp turbocharged Audi engine and made its first appearance last year to enormous demand. The two seater KTM X-Bow had generated so much interest (and, no wonder) that the company decided to double their initial manufacturing limit for the year. Strangely, though, this demand has fallen and the company is now sitting with nearly 500 unsold units.
Later reports claim that only 80 units are waiting to be sold out of the 500 that were manufactured but neither news has been verified yet. Even so, if you wanted to drive one then this is your chance to get your hands on this amazing £37,000 car.
