Creation or Destruction of affluent houses makes them dominate the headlines. Exemplifying the same is the $38 million Tiger Woods Home that was constructed in 2005 on Jupiter Island in Florida. But today Tiger’s architects have bulldozed this 13-year-old manor to stand another impressive domicile. They have also fashioned a 10,000-sq-ft two-story mansion with built-in glass elevator, wine cellar, home theater and spacious geography for playing games. Following this, Tiger has also torn off 3 huge houses, 2 swimming pools, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts and a mini-golf course as a part of his estate. These would be substituted by a boat house, golf exercise studio, three-car garage and guest house.
Other flaunting highlights of the estate would include a tennis court, gym, pool, lap lane and a small golf course and a boat docks duo where Tiger would be placing his 155-foot yacht, Privacy. The revamp is anticipated to cost near about $15-$20 million. Tigers’s family (His wife Elin and baby daughter Sam) can safely enter this palace within next 18 months. For the time being, the family would be spending time in their various homes viz. Orlando, Florida as well as in California, Wyoming and Sweden.
