Most Expensive Home In Los Angeles At $500 Million

There are not enough words to describe the most expensive home currently under development in California. Priced at half a billion, this 100,000 square feet most expensive mansion located in the affluent section of Los Angeles is twice the size of the White House. Is it unbelievable? Not really for this is not the first time that a home is built lavishly in the United States.

The $500 million most expensive home is being developed by American producer and real estate developer Nile Niame.  This mansion nicknamed, “The One” is designed by Architect Paul McClean. Once the property is finished, the 4-acre hilltop will feature all imaginable amenities.

The Bel Air mansion which is set to be completed next year (2017) is designed to have over the top luxury amenities like a nightclub with VIP access, a Monaco-style casino, five swimming pools and a 40 seat screening room.

For $500, the most expensive home also features a bowling lane, indoor-outdoor dance floor, cigar lounge, nail salon, hair salon and gym. The project also boasts of a two-storey waterfall, a room for storing fresh flowers and a garage that will fit 30 cars. The grand estate master bedroom is 5,000 square foot, big enough to sleep a lot of people. This home will also have 20 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms.

What’s more, this huge palace will also have a lounge with jellyfish tanks as ceilings and walls. Amazing huh! Architect McClean also planned to have a full security center that is like the Death Star. There is also a secondary corridor for the staff so they can get around without bumping into one of the guests. With a mansion this big, there is no doubt the owner will always have a grand party.
