Trussardi 1911 Centennial Sunglasses Limited Edition to Release in June

The Italian luxury brand Trussardi really seems to be inspired by achieving the significant milestone of completing 100 years of fruitful existence. The brand is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. They have come up with some great projects this year leading up to the major anniversary celebration. The BMW5 Series Gran Turismo and the Trussardi MY Design furniture collection need special mention as created a buzz and generated a lot of interest amongst the consumers. The creative director must also be given the credit for understanding well and then translating the heritage and signature of the brand into the future.

The next centenary celebration release by the brand is a new limited edition pair of sunglasses. The Charmant Group has created a limited edition Trussardi 1911 sun wear frame. They have taken a popular frame design and applied some sophisticated details to transform it into Trussardi 1911. But more impressive is the high tech innovation they have introduced by getting the typical Trussardi 1911 camouflage pattern on the lenses. They are special handmade lenses from Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens who also certify about their highest quality standards. These one of its kind lenses were especially designed and developed for the Trussardi centennial sunglasses limited edition.

The unique sunglasses seem to make a statement about the achievements and the values of Trussardi. Only 750 pieces of this limited edition release will be produced. Each piece will have its serial number embossed on it. Each sunglass will come in its own luxurious leather camouflage case. Each pair of sunglasses will come with a certificate. The Trussardi 1911 limited edition sunglasses will be made available on the official Trussardi online store and other concept stores around the world in June 2011. The sunglasses have been priced at 590 euros.
