Gucci Teams Up With Riva to Deliver $750,000 worth Aquariva Speedboat

The Italian Luxury Mill Gucci seems have to found its new love in chic speedboats. It recently announced that customized speedboats would be available through its retail shelves, with prices starting from 590,000 Euros i.e. $750,000. The luxury brand will be teaming up with prolific yacht-builder company Riva and this new segment of business will help mark Gucci’s 90th anniversary in 2011.

Hailed as Aquariva, the speedboat measures 33 feet and has two 380-horsepower Yanmar engines that can deliver a maximum speed of 41 knots and a 150-mile range at cruising speed. The water baby will don Gucci’s signature green and red stripes along with fiberglass hull and mahogany deck. It will also come with a range of Riva-Gucci accessories like bags, towels, deck shoes and flip-flops.

The vessel had graced the International Cannes boat show with its presence on 7th September and will be presented again on 22nd September during the glamorous Milan Fashion Week. Gucci patrons can now turn to their favorite brand when it comes to cruising in water with style and sophistication.
