It made big news last year. We are talking about fashion house Armani building its first hotel in Dubai. Well, the gorgeous luxury catering structure is finally complete and will officially open on March 18. Let us remind you that the super luxury label chose the recently opened Burj Khalifa, which is celebrated as the largest tower in the world, to host this new business venture of theirs.
From what we hear, Armani has planned a series of hotels across Milan, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai and London though nothing concrete has been shared with the media yet. Armani has also got its name on a resort which will open in Marrakech pretty soon while the famed Residency Villas undergo construction in Marassi, Egypt. In short, the brand is looking forwards to at least ten hotels and resorts in the next ten years. This is a very new business venture that has been seen across the line of top fashion labels like Versace, Christian Lacroix, and Missoni. Looks like the economic meltdown moved things a little bit. The bookings at Armani’s Dubai Hotel have started being accepted.
