Nguyen La Chanh is a designer from Switzerland who traces her ancestry to Vietnam. Based in the French part, she is an acclaimed industrial and products designer. The designer has conceptualized the idea of a Moss Rug, which could drastically change the way your bathroom looks and feels. The idea is to have a little more greenery in your bathroom, instead of keeping just the plants which grow in pots.

Thanks to an imputrescible foam called plastazote, the Moss Carpet can stimulate your senses and keep your bathroom looking fresh and clean. After the shower when you walk on the carpet, you could feel the great sensation of the carpet under your feet. In fact, moss is known to be great for walking on, as they activate pressure points in your heels.

She expects the Moss Carpet to cost about 60 Euros and would be available in the first half of 2010. It is a great concept that not only looks good, but also has a great functional aspect to it. It would be pretty nice to have this cute green carpet which can be cleaned easily in your bathroom, or even someplace else in the house.
