Villages at Heritage Springs Will Be A Green Part Of California

The New Year will see California embracing a green and eco-friendly world of its own. This one will be complete with homes equipped with solar panels and stuffs. Comstock Homes is the main developer behind the nation’s first single-builder, solar-powered community. This one would be called the Villages at Heritage Springs and will spread across 54 acres in Sante Fe Springs, Cal. From what we hear, some 500 homes will be available from styles that range between two-story townhouses and three-story free-standing homes.

These very homes will have doube pane windows which permit energy efficient lighting. Plus there are benefits like valu effective heating and air conditioning. A cool roof and tiles along with a tankless water heater seal the deal. On top of all that, these look better than great.

There are SunPower solar roof tiles which will power the lights and electronics like the TV and kitchen appliances among others. Apparently, this will bring down your electricity consumption by 60 per cent. According to Move Trends, Villages at Heritage Springs have five models listed between $534,000 and $569,000. It will take three years for the project to be completed.
