Hakvoort is the Dutch yacht builder whose latest offering is the 39 meter luxury motor yacht which has since been christened SnowbirD. It was being constructed under the project name “Pretty Woman.†It could have been named that even after completion as it has turned out to be a pretty yacht. The interior of SnowbirD is by Michela Reverberi whilst the exterior styling is by Cor D Rover.
The yacht’s interior has a traditional modern style. The full-beam owner’s suite includes a stateroom with a king-size bed and large walk-in wardrobe, plus a study. There are four guest cabins on the lower deck, two double VIP cabins and two twin-bed guest room all with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors have been created to provide luxurious comfort to the guests.
The social areas of the SnowbirD are equally impressive and luxurious. There is an open plan main lounge/dining area arrangement. A large whirlpool bathtub accommodates up to six people and a BBQ grill is being installed in a granite-topped bar. The sun deck features plenty of open space for sunbathing as well as two large sofas and adjustable teak tables. The bridge deck lounge opens up onto a delightful aft area with built-in seating and tables, plus a teak dining table.
