Word is around that the record sale of £80million would soon be smashed by the sale of six-storey house in Belgrave Square in coming weeks, anticipated to fetch £90million. But even the £80 mn deal is quite satisfying as the Victorian villa has been re-erected and renovated at a projected £10 million and is still under-construction.
