Tamara Ecclestone’s Mansion Undergoing £18 Million Renovation

Bernie Ecclestone, the Formula 1 billionaire obviously loves his daughters. He has really loosened his purse strings to get Tamara a house that would be out of this world. The house cost him £45 million and the lavish renovation is going to cost another£18 million. The renovation plans are designed to transform the luxury home into an opulent 55 room pleasure palace. The renovation work is scheduled to be completed by autumn next year and the house really promises to be the ultimate in indulgence. The house will have its own underground night club, bowling alley, a beauty salon and even a dog spa.

The dressing room in the house has been enlarged to accommodate the vast wardrobe and the £500,000 handbag collection of the Formula 1 heiress. Another highlight of the mansion is a vehicle lift for the luxury cars so that Tamara doesn’t have to ever step into a garage. A £1 million crystal bathtub is being imported from South America. The plan was revealed in the documents submitted to Kensington and Chelsea council. It is six storey imposing structure and the interiors are being redone to match a fairytale dream.

Gavin Brodin, the site manager is leading a team of 80 construction workers. This is perhaps the most extensive renovation on a luxury property as excavation has been done beneath the house to create two further floors. This newly created sub basement, 40 feet beneath the back garden will house a private swimming pool complex, including a sauna, massage room and pool with integrated Jacuzzi. A staircase at the back  of the pool leads up to the basement and an underground night-club area dedicated to entertaining and relaxation.
