I was within 10 meters of this monster at Malta airport last Saturday. I watched it taking off at extremely short distance but what intrigued me most is how the ace pilot banked it to 45 degrees immediately afterwards; not to mention a mimic touchdown but just two meters above the runway soon afterwards. Thank you Lufthansa. This was a moment to remember for a very very long time.
