As you enter this Dubai luxury hotel, you cannot help noticing the grand chandeliers that light up the property. The largest of these chandeliers is located in the international breakfast buffet area. The carpets that grace the floors of this luxury property are equally indulgent. The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is indeed a portrait of Middle Eastern excesses. The attentive service staff is a plus.
Walk into the suites and you will notice Arabic-inspired interiors. Traditional calligraphy and paintings of horses bring an Arab touch to the rooms. To say that the Turkish bath that stands in the suite is large would be an understatement; the bath can accommodate a dozen big rugby players. Comfortable washing facilities are provided to guests to help them beat the heat of the desert. The only negative is that while some rooms offer views of the Palm’s beaches, others overlook the hotel’s rooftops.
Look beyond the suites and you will be awestruck by the size of the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. This Dubai luxury hotel has ten restaurants and two bars. In the next few months, all of them are scheduled to start operating fully. Currently, the pick of the restaurants is Amala, which specializes in North Indian cuisine. The hotel has been visited by international cigar experts, who will be returning to host cigar rolling classes at the luxury hotel. Who knows, maybe a wine tasting soiree may also be in the offing at this Dubai luxury hotel. Speaking of spirits, the Voda Bar boasts of Sixties-style interiors and offers a varied menu of cocktails using all-white vodka. The dining hall is a huge space, but diners are also seated on the outdoor terrace.
Finally, make a visit to the Talise Ottoman Spa to check out the Middle East’s largest hammam. The large area is almost like a maze. The spa offers a range of authentic Middle Eastern treatments. The luxury spa complex also houses a mini plunge pool at the back.
