The Cyan Yacht Has The Edge On Its Side

It made news a couple of years ago when the U2 guitarist, the Edge went on to buy a 140-foot Cyan yacht. The Edge aka David Evans and his wife Morleigh Steinberg bought this beauty for no less that $18 million and once that was done, they spent a long time redecorating it in the south of France. As much time the duo would like to spend on their luxe boat, they can’t thanks to the Edge’s musical tours. As a result, he has listed the yacht for charter. We checked on CharterWorld and came to know that to cruise the Mediterranean for a week on the Cyan, you need $200,000.

Previously known as Renalo, the Cyan was built by the Italy based Codecasa Yachts in 1997. It comes well equipped with six cabins that means there is enough room for ten guests and ten crew members.

There is an aft sun deck as well as a Jacuzzi on the yacht. The master cabin is a beauty, and justifiably so too. It has a king size bed, a large study, two walk-in closets and his and hers bathrooms with a Jacuzzi bath to share in between. All cabins have the joys of modern technology meaning a TV, DVD player and VCR are pretty much there. The cabin interiors are done in limed oak while the bathrooms are marble tiled.
