The Barn, a centuries-old building with exposed beams and honey-coloured Cotswold stone walls has been redone by Sophie Conran by combining sophistication and luxury. She has been able to bring a sense of elegance and glamour to the rustic bedrooms. The rooms are dotted with antiques ranging from an African chest to Baronial-style pieces and furniture from the 1940s.

The Lakes by Yoo

Kelly Hoppen has designed the interiors of these homes and she has gone for a chic look. One of Britain’s best-known designers, Kelly has used vintage pieces, loose linen throws and gorgeous textures and combined them with modern features. She has used her trademark neutral colors like creams, whites, warm grey and mushroom brown. You can rent the homes on offer on a per week basis.

The Baglioni, Marrakech

The Baglionin, Marrakech hotel spread on 34 acres of beautiful parkland offers fifteen residences designed by Jade Jagger. They are a mix of downright luxury, with four-poster beds for sunbathing beside the infinity pool and subtle ethnic touches like colored ceramic tiles, bronzed metalwork and bronze glazed doors. These residences are four and five bedroom villas ranging in size from 675 to 840 square meters. Jade Jagger has used navy blue and burnt orange colors to add that element of drama to the villas.

The Grand has received the award for the Best Interior Hotel Design in Europe from the annual Villegiature Awards. It has been a result of the dedicated hard work and effort over the last few years. The interiors of the lone Ditch hotel in the competition were designed under the supervision of the French architect Sybille De Margerie. She has infused the hotel with French elegance and grandeur, transforming it into a veritable city palace. Bridges, the restaurant has a mural by Karel Appel at the entrance.

The interiors of the Witt Istanbul Suites Hotel have been done by Autoban which is Turkish design studio. They have worked specifically on the details and to showcase the Turkish nuance.
