Porsche Introduces High Performance Panamera GTS


One of the biggest names in the field of luxury sports cars, Porsche, has now unveiled the all stunning Porsche Panamera GTS, which is the company’s latest offering the high performance Gran Turismo series. This magnificent sports car is the latest addition to the Gran Turismo Sports category and sports unsurpassed Porsche automotive technology as well as quite appealing aesthetics. To ensure that this new vehicle is able to stand up to the stress of GT performance, Porsche has carried out significant modifications to the  original Panamera model, which includes, air suspension and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), while lowering the car body by up to ten millimeters. The all new Porsche Panamera GTS is powered by a modified 4.8-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine that churns an impressive 430 horsepower at 6,700 RPM. The same engine can be found in the Panamera S and 4S models, but the GTS version has been fine tuned to increase the performance by 30hp, while also increasing the torque to 520 Nm from 500Nm.

The Porsche Panamera GTS comes with a standard Sport Chrono package that enables this marvelous vehicle to attain extremely quick gear shifts via its Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) transmission, while allowing the GTS make a sprint of 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4.5 seconds. The Panamera GTS can achieve a top speed of 288 km/h and comes with low friction tires. As far as looks are concerned, the Panamera GTS features sports finishing that are can found in critical parts of the car’s body including the front, sides and the headlights as well. On the inside, Porsche has made extensive use of exclusive GTS leather as well as Alcantara leather, while also providing the vehicle with a SportDesign steering wheel with shift paddles and sports seats. The Porsche Panamera GTS is available for order, with a price tag of $137,576, while te deliveries to the vehicle are slated for the month of March next year.
