Now we all know how gregarious Oprah is. I mean c’mon, the woman gave cars to her talk show audience! Who does that! And considering the amount of money she has, I am sure being so generous does not really burn a hole in her pocket. This sweetness is not only applied to her innumerable fans, but to her employees too. The talk show host gave out Apple iPads along with $10,000 checks to her staff at the “O, The Oprah magazine.â€
This gesture was just a sign of her appreciation for their good work. WoW! Bosses, please take note. And this is not the first time she has doled out so much for her workers. In the past, she has given out Hawaiian vacations as gifts too! These gifts were given out by the famous media mogul on the occasion of the magazine’s 10th anniversary. She stopped by at the Hearst’s Manhattan headquarters and personally gave each staffer this expensive gift.
There is no info on the number of employees who actually got the gifts. Sadly, “The Oprah Winfrey Show†that has been on air for the past 25 years will end next year, as Oprah is setting up her own TV network called OWN.
