O’Neill Properties Group to Unveil an Exaggerated Version of a Luxury Mall in Sayreville

A cool new project by Prudential Real Estate Investors, and O’Neill Properties Group, which is situated off the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey is an exaggerated version of a mega mall. This ambitious project covers all property types offering luxury lifestyles, creating a mini city on the waterfront of New Jersey. One can find a luxury hotel, restaurants, and even a hip bar. Government and nongovernmental offices could be constructed.

Montana based outdoor retailer, Springfield, and Bass Pro Shops, have signed the document, issuing a letter of intent, which is the preliminary formal work regarding the lease of space. For the mixed use of the project, the space consists of 200,000 square feet in Sayreville. The first phase of the project will be anchored by Bass, would include approximately 625,000Sq/Ft of retail.

The developers, Prudential Real Estate Investors, and O’Neill Properties Group of  New Jersey  has taken up the challenge of first phase of the project who already have spent about $100 million to acquire the land. It would take a decade to complete. There are 2000 residential units of sheer luxury, an office space of 650,000 sq/ft, with hotels and marinas in 453-acre, costing about $2.9 billion.

Some of the other features are emergency hospitals for interim relief, mini theatres for entertainment, stores of luxury brands, ideal houses can also be built for fancy prices, and open spaces can be utilized to provide park and fun-fare for people to relax. Even small where justice judiciary unit can be included can be sought for petty cases.  The limited number of houses providing means all items are accessible to the customers under one roof called ‘The Point’
