For too long, New York had been deprived of it Neiman Marcus stores. In fact, there was no easy access to a Last Call Clearance Center either. But that is all in the past now, for New Yorkers will have access to newly-launched concept stores named Last Call Studio by Neiman Marcus, and they can log on to Neiman Marcus’ new e-commerce site for Last Call.
The other Last Call Studio stores are located in Dallas, TX, Rockville, MD, and Paramus, NJ. And they are something of a deviation from the Last Call Clearance Centers, which stand outside major metros and stock merchandise from Neiman Marcus’ full line stores and catalogues, merchandise from Bergdoff Goodman and directly purchase merchandise as well. The Studio stores stand within major metropolitan areas and exclusively carry directly purchased merchandise.
In addition, the Last Call Studio stores appear to stock merchandise with lower price points. The prices here are nearly half those at full line Neiman Marcus outlets. If you are into heavy-duty designer clothing, the new Studio stores may not be to your taste because they house more contemporary brands and fewer luxury brands. But if you like casual chic and labels like DKNY, Juicy Couture and Anne Klein, the Studio stores are perfect.
As for the e-commerce site, that too appears to be more on the lines of the Studio stores. The best day to go shopping on this Last Call website is Tuesday, because that is when the new stock comes in. Plus, they have been having promotional offers. Up until 31 May, shoppers can get 30 percent off on their bill.
